Who is eligible to become an affiliate?
You don’t have to be a SiteSubscribe customer to sign up as our affiliate!
But yes it is true that SiteSubscribe Members earn slightly more commissions. Our system is set up so that all of our customers (SiteSubscribe Members) are automatically eligible for earning larger affiliate commissions.

What is a SiteSubscribe Super Affiliate?
A SiteSubscribe Super Affiliate is a SiteSubscribe Affiliate that wears a cape 
, and that we have made special arrangements with to receive our special attention and our highest level of affiliate support so that they may better focus on SiteSubscribe sales.
A SiteSubscribe Super Affiliate is in a sense our commissioned Sales Person that is focused on SiteSubscribe and that we invest special time and resources into and help cultivate as a SiteSubscribe sales resource.
All SiteSubscribe Super Affiliates must first start as a SiteSubscribe Member Affiliate or a Non-SiteSubscribe Member Affiliate for at least a little while as they earn their way to being a SiteSubscribe Super Affiliate (we decide when and if someone qualifies as a Super Affiliate, but it doesn’t hurt to ask and prompt us now and then).

Note: SiteSubscribe Super Affiliates typically need to prove themselves first as a normal Affiliate before they can be considered as a Super Affiliate.
To earn credit as an affiliate EITHER of the following conditions must be met:
- When a visitor to your website clicks on a banner or link containing your Affiliate ID and makes a purchase on SiteSubscribe within the allotted time (within the expiration date of affiliate cookies, which as of this writing is set at 45 days from when they click into our site from a banner on your website).
- Someone you refer to SiteSubscribe makes a purchase on SiteSubscribe and enters your Affiliate ID within the shopping cart. There is no expiration for this method.
How It Works
If someone uses your SiteSubscribe website or any website or email containing one of our affiliate links or banners with your Affiliate ID, then clicks on our website, then buys something from SiteSubscribe (like a subscription or an add-on service) within the allotted days (the life of the cookie, which is currently 45 days), then you automatically earn a commission.
Here is the detail of how the process works:
Affiliate Tracking
- Your website visitor clicks on an affiliate link from a text link or banner on your site or within an email.
- The visitors IP is logged and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
- The visitor browses our site, and may decide to place an order. We track this activity using cookies, so you don’t have to do anything. (Of Course, if you promote our services a little bit you stand to earn more!)
- If the visitor orders before the affiliate cookie expires, the order will be registered as a sale for you and you will receive commission for the sale. The order does not need to be placed during the same browser session; cookies and IPs are stored up to 45 days.
- If the order was placed using a 2nd Tier Affiliate ID then the related affiliate and the 2nd tier affiliate BOTH receive commissions on the sale.
The other way that you can earn affiliate commissions is if someone you refer to SiteSubscribe makes a purchase on SiteSubscribe and enters your Affiliate ID within the shopping cart. There is no expiration for this method.
Affiliate Commission Payments
How long does an Affiliate earn commissions for?
Affiliate commissions are currently earned for all purchases tracked by your active Affiliate ID any time within 1 full year from the date of the initial purchase by that customer.
You need to have an active Paypal account in order to be paid your affiliate commissions. Paypal accounts are free to set up.
Commissions are paid monthly to your Paypal account once the earning threshold (currently $25) is met.
Once you are an affiliate you can sign in to our Affiliate Center at any time to view activity reports of how many clicks you have generated, how many affiliate sales you have, and how much affiliate commission you have earned and been paid.
What Your Affiliate Link Looks Like
Your affiliate link will look something like this:

(where jeffkempyahoo is the username we used for our affiliate program in this example…substitute with your affiliate username)
HINT: We came up with a great strategy for managing your Affiliate ID
Use your phone number as your Affiliate ID when creating your affiliate account.
That way when you do simple every day activities like handing out your business card or sending an email you can tell potential customers to remember to enter your phone number in the Affiliate ID section of the shopping cart when placing an order at SiteSubscribe.
That way neither you nor your client referral need to remember your Affiliate ID since you already know your phone number, and most of your serious contacts are going to keep your phone number handy within their CRM contact manager.
Its also a good way to promote your phone number even more since often your Affiliate ID shows up within affiliate links, and your phone number is not private information so it gets your phone number some more exposure.
