If you need help with a specific plugin or theme, usually the best source for support is the plugin or theme developer’s website, especially if it is a commercial theme or plugin. The developer typically will provide support via the comments on their website, or via a forum. You can also check the WordPress.org/plugins or WordPress.org/themes for comments/support for the plugin or theme you are having trouble with.
