Priority WordPress Support

$85 $75 / per hour

Priority WordPress Support Includes:

  • Investigation and Troubleshooting of your issue by a WordPress Expert.
  • We'll make sure you have a valid BACKUP of your entire website  before we do any work on your site.
  • We'll troubleshoot:
    • Domains/DNS Issues
    • Plugins & Plugin Conflicts
    • Themes Issues
    • CSS Issues
    • White Screen Of Death!
    • WHATEVER!
  • Most issues resolved within 24 hours or less!
  • We do our work remotely…so your location can be anywhere in the country/world!
  • 1 hour minimum (1/2 hour increments after 1st hour).

Pre-payment required. Use the Quantity field to pre-pay for the number of hours you need. If we go over the time pre-paid (on approval) then we'll send you a C.O.D. invoice for the difference.

    Please fill out this form to submit a Priority Technical Support Request for us to troubleshoot and fix your WordPress website.

    Once you submit the request along with your payment we'll get in touch with you promptly to help troubleshoot and resolve your issue (we'll need your WordPress and FTP login credentials and details).

     
     

    We charge $75 per hour for Priority Tech Support, with a minimum per instance charge of 1 hour.

  • Please indicate the priority level we should assign this issue.

  • Select the estimated Premium Support time required...you will need to pay for at least the minumum of 1 hour.

    If if your issue turns out to require more time beyond the time paid for here, we'll let you know in advance to be sure that you are willing to pay for more time (on approval we can C.O.D. invoice you for the difference). You can always come back and purchase more time.

    The information you submit on this form, along with your Paypal receipt that you will receive via email, together will constitute your receipt for payment.

    Upon submitting this form you will be redirected to Paypal for your payment.
